The City and the developer reached an agreement at the
   end of May 2008, which included some changes to the
   drawings to the right.

   Essentially as one travels west on John Muir Parkway one
   will see a residential community of condominiums and
   shops on north side.  Small  businesses will also exist there. 
   One will reach the Tri-Modal Terminal and continue on to
   Bayfront Boulevard.  Here there will be stores and
   restaurants with residences and offices above.

   Moving onto Railroad Avenue, one will eventually be in the
   new residential area called the Bowl.
