   The Hercules Senior Center welcomes all participants 50
   years and up!  This lovely modern facility offers a wide
   variety of services, classes and activities to our seniors at

   HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program).  
   This program provides counseling services to seniors on how to
   decrease prescription costs and understanding their Medicare or
   HMO benefits.  A trained counselor is available on the 1st Monday
   of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  (510) 799-8219
